For the last two years as a real estate specialist with a designation for specializing in working with the Senior population, I thought I was doing all the right things and I just wasn’t getting anywhere. Course Developers

Nearly 25 years ago, a Realtor and a senior housing specialist formed a partnership that would change the trajectory of their careers. Every month, Adele had clients who wanted to move into a senior community but first had to sell their homes. She was looking for someone she could trust to help her clients through this transitional time of life. At the same time, Bruce was beginning to understand the number of seniors who wanted and needed to sell their homes would continue to increase, and their decisions to sell were based less on the economy or the housing market and more on lifestyle needs. Building a business around seniors had the potential to be a steady, recession-averse real estate strategy.

Over the years as Adele and Bruce enhanced their partnership, the success of their respective businesses grew. Adele was helping more and more seniors find comfort in this new life stage, while Bruce has helped over 3,000 families transition from their long-time home to senior living.

Bruce and Adele have distilled their 25 years of successes, failures and tried-and-true strategies into a training course designed to help realtors find a steady stream of income even in volatile markets.
